I love Pre Jym! It has exactly what I look for as far as ingredients. 2g Beta Alanine. 6g of Citrulline. 300mg of Caffeine. Added bonus of 1.5g of betaine which isn’t in most pre workouts. Great to find a preworkout that doesn’t rely to heavily on niacin to fake the tingly feeling of preworkout. Pre Jym will forever be on my shelf and in my preworkout cycle!
